Welcome to the MAC, a community-based activity day centre in Lambeth for adults with learning disabilities.

At the MAC, each day is built around meaningful activities, shared routines and time spent together. From creative arts and music to cooking, gardening, storytelling and sensory sessions, our days are full and varied, designed to feel welcoming, engaging and enjoyable.

We provide regular, supported attendance in an inclusive and lively setting. Activities are thoughtfully adapted to suit a wide range of abilities and support needs, including individuals who benefit from higher levels of support or sensory-led approaches.

At the heart of the MAC is a person-centred and choice-led approach. There is no fixed activity rota, but each day has a clear and supportive structure. We take time to understand what matters to each person, including their interests, preferences and pace. We support people to choose and take part in activities in ways that work for them.

Our aim is for every day at the MAC to feel purposeful, positive and meaningful.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, except Wednesdays,

when we're open from 12 pm to 6 pm
